Mallang Math — Privacy Policy

Mallang Math does not require an account, and your child's age and practice records are kept only on this device. This information is not sent to the developer's servers and is not provided to third parties. Deleting the app, or resetting the app data from inside it, erases the information stored on this device.

This is the notice shown inside the app under Settings → Privacy policy, quoted word for word. The sections below expand on it. Several of them add a limit or an exception; those limits are part of this policy too, and where one qualifies the notice above, the qualification governs.

1. What this policy covers

This policy applies to the Android application Mallang Math (listed on Google Play as “Mallang Math - Arithmetic”, package name kr.lunasoft.mallang.math.arithmetic.global), published by LUNASOFT under the MALLANG brand. It covers version 1.0.0 onwards.

It does not cover the separate Korean-market app 말랑 수학 - 연산 (kr.lunasoft.mallang.math.arithmetic), which has its own policy. The two apps are listed separately and store their data separately; buying one does not unlock the other.

The LUNASOFT website is covered by the website privacy policy.

2. What the app stores on your device

Mallang Math has no accounts, no sign-up, no login and no password. It never asks for a name, a nickname, a date of birth, an email address, a phone number, an address, a photo, your contacts or your location, and it does not read any device or advertising identifier.

As the app is used, the following is created and saved on the device itself.

• The learning level you chose — during setup a grown-up picks one of six ages, 6 to 11, and the app saves the matching level as a number from 1 to 6. It sets where the placement check begins, it is the starting filter for the lesson list on the Assign tab, and it is shown back to you as an age on the Settings tab.
• Practice records — for each lesson: a mastery score, how many questions have been attempted and how many were correct, whether the last few answers were right or wrong, an average answer time, and whether the lesson is unlocked. There is also a review schedule per lesson, holding when a lesson was last practised and when it is next due.
• Practice history — one entry per session: when it started, how many questions were graded, how many were correct, how long it lasted, whether it was finished or left, and a per-lesson breakdown including how many correct answers came after the hint was opened. This history is kept in full and is never trimmed or aged out.
• Practice settings — what a grown-up has set on the Assign tab: the mode, the chosen lessons and how many questions a session holds. Whether the placement check has been completed is saved too.
• Display and language settings — your language, if you pick English or Korean instead of following the device language. Two further display values, a text-size scale and a colour-blind palette, are written to the same place; this version of the app has no screen for changing them, so they stay at their defaults unless an imported backup carries other values.
• A note about the mascot — which greeting the home screen last showed and the date it showed it, so the same one does not appear two days running. That date is a record of a day the app was opened.
• The parent PIN — four digits, only if someone sets one. It exists to keep the parent screens away from the child. It is stored as plain text in the same file as the practice records; it is not encrypted or hashed, so please do not reuse a PIN that protects anything else. It is never sent anywhere, and it is removed from exported backups.
• The days your free trial has used — a short list of calendar dates on which practice happened, in a separate small file. It holds dates only: no times, no answers, no identifiers.
• Whether Full Access was purchased — if a purchase has been made, a separate small file records the single fact that it was. No order number, no receipt, no purchase date and nothing identifying the buyer is written. See section 11.

All of this is either chosen by you in the app or produced by using it on the device. None of it is collected by the developer or sent to the developer.

One exception deserves naming. The app keeps a name field that it never fills in itself, so that a backup exported from our Korean app — which does ask for a nickname — can be imported without loss. If you import such a file, the name inside it is stored on this device and will be present in any backup you export afterwards. Nothing in this app asks for, displays or uses that name.

3. What it is used for

The information above is used only on the device, and only to:

• choose questions at the right difficulty and decide which lesson comes next;
• show progress, the calendar and past results on screen;
• keep the parent screens behind the parent PIN;
• count how many days of the free trial remain, and remember that Full Access was purchased.

It is not used for marketing, advertising, user analytics or profiling, and it is not combined with anything from any other source.

4. Where it is stored, and what can leave the device

Everything described in section 2 is written to the app's own private storage on the device, as three ordinary JSON files. Two more may sit beside them: a one-time copy kept when an older save file is upgraded to the current format, and a quarantined copy of a file that was found damaged. Both are removed by the in-app reset described in section 5. There is no developer server, and the app contains no feature for sending your information anywhere.

This is not only a promise. On Android it rests on a property of the operating system:

• The released app does not hold the internet permission (android.permission.INTERNET). Android will not let an app without it open a network connection. So no part of the app can reach the network on its own — including code that Google's billing library brings in with it, which is present in the package but has no permission to transmit. You can check the permission list yourself on the app's Google Play page.
• The app is excluded from Android's cloud backup, so its data is not copied to Google Drive without your knowledge.

What this means precisely: there is no route by which anything stored on your device reaches us. We hold no copy and no way to obtain one. (Section 7 describes the one thing we do learn — that a purchase happened — which comes from Google's record of the sale, never from your device.)

Four things do move information, and we would rather name them than leave the sentence above sounding more absolute than it is:

• Checking your purchase with Google Play. Every time the app starts, it asks the Google Play app already on your device whether Full Access has been bought, so that a purchase keeps working after a reinstall without you having to do anything. That is a request to another app on the same device; the Play app, under its own permissions, is what talks to Google. Nothing about your child or their practice is included.
• Exporting a backup yourself. Under Settings → Data management, behind the parent PIN, the app can save a backup file. Your device's own save dialog decides where it goes — the app does not choose the folder. Once saved, that file is outside the app's control, and where it is then kept or shared is up to you. Section 6 says what is in it.
• Moving to a new phone. Android's device-to-device transfer still carries the app's data when you migrate to a new device yourself. This is deliberate: a child losing their whole practice history on a phone upgrade is a worse outcome than the copy. It moves between your own devices, not to us.
• Opening this page from inside the app. Tapping the privacy policy link hands this address to your browser, which then loads the page. The browser makes that request, not the app.

The permission argument above is specific to the Android release, which is the version distributed today. If the app is later released on another platform, this section will be rewritten for that platform rather than assumed to carry over.

5. How long it is kept, and how to erase it

Information stays on the device for as long as you keep it there. The developer holds no copy, so there is no retention period on our side and nothing to request the deletion of.

Uninstalling the app removes everything the app stored on that device — practice records, the parent PIN, the trial-day list and the record of purchase — because all of it lives in the app's private storage.

Settings → Reset all data (behind the parent PIN) erases the chosen age, all practice records and review schedules, the whole practice history, the Assign settings, the mascot note and the display and language choices, and returns the app to its first-run state. Three things deliberately survive it, and the app says so on the confirmation screen:

• The parent PIN. The reset already sits behind the PIN, so clearing it would protect nothing — and it would let a child set a new PIN straight afterwards and lock the grown-up out.
• The days the free trial has already used. A reset is for clearing practice records, not for starting the trial over.
• The record that Full Access was purchased. Nobody should lose something they paid for by tidying up their records.

To remove those as well, uninstall the app, or clear the app's data from your device's own Settings. Either route takes the practice records with it. Erasure inside the app is immediate and cannot be undone.

A backup file you exported yourself is not touched by a reset or by uninstalling — it is your file, wherever you saved it.

6. The backup file

Export and import both sit behind the parent PIN, and both use your device's own file dialog: the app writes only where you tell it to, and on import it reads only the single file you pick. It never scans your storage.

The exported file is plain, readable JSON — it is not encrypted or password-protected. Anyone who opens it can read the practice history, so please store it as you would any other document about your child.

It contains a snapshot of what section 2 describes: the chosen age, the per-lesson records and review schedules, the complete session history with its dates and times, the practice settings, the mascot note, and the display and language values. It is the full record, not a summary.

Three things are deliberately left out. The parent PIN is removed before the file is written. The record of purchase is not included, so a backup cannot carry Full Access to another device or to another person. The trial-day list is not included either — although importing a backup does count the practice dates inside it towards the trial on the receiving device, so an import can shorten a trial but never lengthen one.

Importing replaces the practice data on the device, after a confirmation, and keeps that device's own PIN. A PIN inside a backup file is never installed.

7. Sharing with others

Mallang Math does not provide your information to third parties, does not sell it, does not use processors or sub-processors, and does not transfer it to another country — none of which can occur, since the information does not leave your device by any route the app controls.

The one commercial relationship is payment. When you buy Full Access, the purchase is carried out by Google Play, and what Google handles is governed by Google's privacy policy. That transaction is between you and Google. The app does not pass your information to Google — it sends no name, no contact detail and no payment method, because it holds none of them.

As the seller, the developer can see order records in the Google Play Console: an order identifier, the country of purchase, the purchase state and refunds. That comes from Google's record of the sale, not from anything the app gathered on your device, and we use it only to provide and support the feature you bought — to confirm a purchase when you write to us, and to handle refunds. It is not used for marketing and is not combined with anything else.

8. Children

Mallang Math is an arithmetic practice app for primary-school children, and children are a large part of its intended audience. It is declared to Google Play as including children, and Google Play's Families policy applies to it. Children under 14 are within the intended audience, and the app is built so that no consent of a legal representative is needed: it collects no personal information from them at all.

There is no sign-up. The app does not ask for a name, a birth date or any contact detail, and what a child does in the app does not leave the device. The developer cannot tell who is using the app and has no way of finding out. Since nothing is collected, there is nothing to obtain consent for and nothing that could be disclosed.

A grown-up can see, change and erase everything from the child's own device (section 9). The parent screens — practice setup, PIN change, export, import and reset — sit behind the parent PIN.

What the parent PIN does and does not guarantee. Setting a PIN is optional, and the app does not force one during setup; the PIN is created the first time anyone opens the Assign tab. The app is explicit about the consequence, telling the user that whoever sets it first owns the lock. Until a grown-up sets one, the protected actions cannot run at all. But a child who reaches that screen first can set the PIN themselves, and would then hold it. Please set the parent PIN yourself, early.

About purchases, precisely. The screens a child practises on show no price and no purchase button; when the trial ends, the child sees only a message saying that is enough for today and to ask a grown-up. Completing a purchase requires the parent PIN — the app asks for it after the buy button is pressed and before any payment screen appears. Being accurate about the limit: the Settings tab is deliberately left open, because a child should be able to reach the privacy policy and the language setting, and from there the Full Access screen can be opened, showing both the price and the buy button. What cannot happen without the PIN is the purchase itself.

Where a minor has paid without the consent of a parent or guardian, the minor or the guardian may cancel that contract. The app displays this notice, together with the Korean consumer disclosures in section 11, to buyers in every country.

9. Your rights, and how to use them

Because the information is on your device and nowhere else, you exercise these rights directly in the app, immediately. There is no request to file, and no identity to prove to us.

• See it — Settings shows the chosen age; the Progress tab shows the calendar and the practice history.
• Change it — Settings → Edit profile changes the age.
• Take a copy — Settings → Data management → Export saves the record as a file (section 6).
• Erase it — Settings → Reset all data, or uninstall the app (section 5).

If you have a question about this policy, write to support@lunasoft.kr. We cannot look up, correct or delete your records for you — we have no copy of them — but we will help you find the right place in the app.

10. Keeping it safe, and advertising

• Information is kept in the app's private storage, which Android isolates from other apps.
• The released app holds no internet permission, so it cannot open a network connection of its own.
• It is excluded from the operating system's automatic cloud backup.
• Changing the profile or PIN, exporting, importing and resetting all require the parent PIN, and are refused outright while no PIN exists.
• Saved files are written to a temporary file and then swapped in, so an interrupted save cannot corrupt an existing record.

Two honest limits: the saved files are ordinary JSON and are not encrypted, and the parent PIN is stored as plain text (section 2). The protection this app relies on is that the information never leaves the device, not that it is scrambled once there.

Mallang Math shows no advertising. We have added no ad network, no analytics, no crash reporting and no push messaging, and nothing in the app reads the advertising identifier or tracks behaviour. Google's billing library does bring its own telemetry component into the package; because the app holds no internet permission, that component cannot send anything either.

11. Full Access and payment

Mallang Math is free to use for 10 days of practice. That is a count of days on which practice actually happened, not days on the calendar: days you do not open the app never count, and several sessions on the same day count once. A day is used as soon as one answer is submitted — including the tenth, so the day a child reaches the limit is a day they have already practised, and the lock takes effect when they next try to start. After that, a single purchase of Full Access unlocks practice permanently.

It is not a subscription. Nothing renews, nothing is charged again, and there is nothing to cancel.

Even when locked, the practice records and calendar, export and import, app info, this privacy policy and “Reset all data” all stay available, and a session already under way is never interrupted. Your child's history is never held hostage.

Payment is handled entirely by Google Play. The developer never receives or stores card numbers, bank details or any other payment information, and no buyer name or contact detail reaches the app. The price you see is the local price Google Play supplies for your market at the moment the screen opens; the app has no price written into it.

On the device, the app records one fact: that a purchase was made. It writes no order number, no receipt and no date, and that record never leaves the device. It is only ever written in the affirmative, so a paying user is never locked out because the store could not be reached.

Your purchase is held by Google against your Google account, which is what makes it restorable. As section 4 describes, the app asks the Google Play app on your device at every launch, so Full Access comes back by itself after a reinstall or on a new device. The free trial is not restored that way — it belongs to the installation, so a reinstall begins a fresh one.

Cancellation and refunds

Refunds follow Google Play's refund process. You can request one in the Play Store app → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & order history, or write to support@lunasoft.kr and we will point you to it.

For purchasers in the Republic of Korea: because Full Access takes effect immediately on payment and the content becomes available at once, the right of withdrawal is restricted from that moment. Before it takes effect, you may withdraw within 7 days of payment. This reflects Korean consumer law. Elsewhere Google is the merchant of record and Google's terms govern cancellation — the app nonetheless displays these Korean disclosures to buyers in every country, so you may see them wherever you are.

12. Who to contact

Questions about this policy, about how the app handles information, or about access, correction and deletion can be sent to the address below. The person responsible for personal information handling reads and answers them.

When you write to us, we use your message and your email address only to answer you, and we keep the correspondence no longer than we need to for that purpose and for any follow-up you ask for.

13. Raising a complaint

If you are in the Republic of Korea and wish to seek redress in a matter concerning personal information, the following public bodies operate independently of the developer:

If you are elsewhere, you may contact the data protection or consumer authority of your own country. We will cooperate with any such authority.

14. Changes to this policy

This policy will be revised if the law or the app changes. Every revision is posted on this page with a new effective date, and the previous wording is described in the revision note so you can see what changed.

An ordinary revision is posted at least 7 days before it takes effect. A change that materially affects your rights — a new category of information, a new recipient, or a new purpose — is posted at least 30 days beforehand and is also noted in the app's update notes.

말랑수학 개인정보 처리방침 (한국어)

아래는 위 영문 방침과 같은 내용의 한국어본입니다. 두 본문의 뜻이 다르게 읽히는 부분이 있으면 support@lunasoft.kr으로 알려 주십시오.

말랑수학은 회원가입을 요구하지 않으며, 나이·학습 기록은 사용자의 기기에만 저장됩니다. 해당 정보는 개발자 서버로 전송되거나 제3자에게 제공되지 않습니다. 앱 삭제 또는 앱 내 데이터 초기화 시 기기에 저장된 정보가 삭제됩니다.

앱 안 「내 정보 → 개인정보 처리방침」에 표시되는 문구와 동일합니다. 아래 각 항목은 이 내용을 자세히 풀어 쓴 것이며, 한계나 예외를 덧붙인 곳에서는 그 한계가 우선합니다.

1. 적용 대상

이 방침은 루나소프트(LUNASOFT)가 MALLANG 브랜드로 제공하는 안드로이드 애플리케이션 Mallang Math(Google Play 등록명 「Mallang Math - Arithmetic」, 패키지 이름 kr.lunasoft.mallang.math.arithmetic.global)에 적용되며, 버전 1.0.0부터 해당합니다.

한국 시장용 별도 앱인 말랑 수학 - 연산 (kr.lunasoft.mallang.math.arithmetic)에는 적용되지 않습니다. 두 앱은 별개로 등록되어 있고 저장 공간도 서로 다르며, 한쪽을 구매해도 다른 쪽이 열리지 않습니다.

루나소프트 웹사이트에는 웹사이트 개인정보 처리방침이 별도로 적용됩니다.

2. 기기에 저장되는 정보

말랑수학은 회원가입·로그인·비밀번호가 없습니다. 이름, 닉네임, 생년월일, 이메일, 전화번호, 주소, 사진, 연락처, 위치정보를 묻지 않으며 기기 식별자나 광고 식별자를 읽지 않습니다.

앱을 사용하는 동안 기기 안에 다음 정보가 만들어져 저장됩니다.

• 선택한 학습 단계 — 처음 설정할 때 보호자가 6세부터 11세까지 여섯 중 하나를 고르면, 앱은 이에 대응하는 1~6의 단계 값을 저장합니다. 진단 문제의 시작 범위를 정하고, 출제 탭 차시 목록의 처음 필터로 쓰이며, 「내 정보」에 나이로 표시됩니다.
• 학습 기록 — 차시별 숙련도, 시도한 문제 수와 맞힌 수, 최근 정오답 여부, 평균 응답 시간, 차시 해제 여부. 차시마다 마지막 복습 시각과 다음 복습 예정 시각도 함께 저장됩니다.
• 학습 이력 — 회차마다 시작 시각, 채점한 문제 수, 맞힌 수, 소요 시간, 끝까지 했는지 여부, 그리고 차시별 내역(힌트를 열고 맞힌 수 포함). 이 이력은 전부 보관되며 오래되었다고 지워지지 않습니다.
• 출제 설정 — 보호자가 출제 탭에서 정한 방식, 선택한 차시, 회차당 문제 수. 진단을 마쳤는지 여부도 함께 저장됩니다.
• 표시·언어 설정 — 기기 언어를 따르지 않고 직접 English 또는 한국어를 고른 경우의 언어 선택. 같은 자리에 글자 크기와 색약 팔레트 두 값도 저장되는데, 이 버전에는 이를 바꾸는 화면이 없어 백업을 가져오지 않는 한 기본값으로만 남습니다.
• 몽글이 표시 기록 — 홈 화면에 마지막으로 보여 준 인사와 그 날짜(같은 인사가 이틀 연속 나오지 않게 하는 용도). 이 날짜는 앱을 연 날의 기록이기도 합니다.
• 보호자 PIN — 설정한 경우에만 저장되는 네 자리 숫자입니다. 보호자 화면을 아이로부터 가리는 용도입니다. 학습 기록과 같은 파일에 평문으로 저장되며 암호화나 해시를 적용하지 않습니다. 다른 곳에서 쓰는 번호를 재사용하지 마십시오. 기기 밖으로 전송되지 않으며 내보낸 백업에서는 제거됩니다.
• 체험으로 사용한 날 — 학습이 있었던 날짜 목록이 별도의 작은 파일에 저장됩니다. 날짜뿐이며 시각·답안·식별자는 없습니다.
• 이용권 구매 여부 — 구매하신 경우에만, 「구매했다」는 사실 한 가지가 별도 파일에 저장됩니다. 주문번호·영수증·구매 시각·구매자를 알아볼 수 있는 값은 저장하지 않습니다. 자세한 내용은 11항을 봐 주십시오.

이 정보는 이용자가 앱에 입력하거나 앱을 사용하면서 기기 안에서 생성되는 것이며, 개발자가 수집하거나 전달받는 것이 아닙니다.

한 가지 예외를 밝힙니다. 한국 앱에서 내보낸 백업을 손실 없이 읽기 위해, 앱은 스스로 채우지 않는 이름 항목을 남겨 두고 있습니다. 한국 앱은 닉네임을 묻기 때문입니다. 그런 파일을 가져오시면 그 안의 이름이 이 기기에 저장되고 이후 내보내는 백업에도 담깁니다. 이 앱은 그 이름을 묻지도, 보여 주지도, 쓰지도 않습니다.

3. 이용 목적

위 정보는 오직 기기 안에서 다음 목적으로만 사용됩니다.

• 실력에 맞는 난이도로 출제하고 다음 차시를 정하기 위해
• 진도·달력·지난 결과를 화면에 표시하기 위해
• 보호자 화면을 보호자 PIN 뒤에 두기 위해
• 무료 체험 잔여일을 세고, 이용권을 구매했음을 기억하기 위해

마케팅, 광고, 이용자 분석, 프로파일링에는 사용되지 않으며 다른 출처의 정보와 결합하지 않습니다.

4. 저장 위치와 외부 전송

2항의 모든 정보는 기기 안 앱 전용 저장 공간에 세 개의 JSON 파일로 저장됩니다. 옆에 두 개가 더 놓일 수 있습니다 — 옛 형식의 저장 파일을 현재 형식으로 올릴 때 한 번 남기는 사본과, 손상된 것으로 확인되어 격리한 사본입니다. 둘 다 5항의 초기화가 함께 지웁니다. 개발자가 운영하는 서버는 존재하지 않으며, 정보를 밖으로 보내는 기능이 앱에 없습니다.

이는 약속에 그치지 않고 운영체제의 성질에 기댑니다.

• 출시 빌드는 인터넷 접근 권한(android.permission.INTERNET)을 갖지 않습니다. 이 권한이 없으면 안드로이드가 네트워크 연결 자체를 허용하지 않습니다. 따라서 앱의 어떤 부분도 스스로 네트워크에 닿을 수 없습니다 — Google 결제 라이브러리가 함께 들여온 코드도 패키지 안에 있을 뿐 전송할 권한이 없습니다. 이 사실은 Google Play 앱 정보의 권한 목록에서 직접 확인하실 수 있습니다.
• 운영체제의 자동 클라우드 백업 대상에서 제외되어 있어 이용자도 모르는 사이 구글 드라이브로 올라가지 않습니다.

정확히 말하면 기기에 저장된 것이 개발자에게 도달하는 경로가 없습니다. 사본을 가지고 있지 않고 얻을 방법도 없습니다. (개발자가 알게 되는 유일한 것은 «구매가 있었다»는 사실이며, 이는 Google의 판매 기록에서 오는 것이지 이용자의 기기에서 오는 것이 아닙니다 — 7항.)

정보가 움직이는 경우가 넷 있어, 위 문장을 실제보다 절대적으로 남겨 두지 않고 밝힙니다.

• Google Play에 구매를 확인하는 경우. 앱은 시작할 때마다 기기에 이미 설치된 Google Play 앱에 이용권을 구매했는지 묻습니다. 재설치 후에도 아무 조작 없이 구매가 유지되도록 하기 위해서입니다. 같은 기기 안 다른 앱에 보내는 요청이며, Google과 통신하는 것은 자신의 권한을 가진 Play 앱입니다. 아이나 학습에 관한 정보는 담기지 않습니다.
• 이용자가 직접 백업을 내보내는 경우. 「내 정보 → 데이터 관리」에서 보호자 PIN을 통과하면 백업 파일을 저장할 수 있습니다. 저장 위치는 기기의 저장 대화상자가 정하며 앱이 폴더를 고르지 않습니다. 저장된 뒤 그 파일은 앱의 통제 밖에 있고, 어디에 두고 누구에게 전달할지는 이용자의 판단입니다. 내용은 6항에 있습니다.
• 새 기기로 옮기는 경우. 안드로이드의 기기 간 전송은 이용자가 직접 기기를 바꿀 때 앱 데이터를 함께 옮깁니다. 이는 의도한 것입니다 — 기기를 바꿨다고 아이의 학습 기록이 통째로 사라지는 편이 더 큰 손해이기 때문입니다. 이용자 본인의 기기 사이에서 일어나는 일이며 개발자에게 오지 않습니다.
• 앱에서 이 페이지를 여는 경우. 처리방침 링크를 누르면 이 주소를 브라우저에 넘기고, 요청은 브라우저가 합니다. 앱이 하는 것이 아닙니다.

위 권한에 근거한 설명은 현재 배포 중인 안드로이드판에 대한 것입니다. 다른 플랫폼으로 출시하게 되면 그 플랫폼에 맞게 이 항목을 다시 씁니다.

5. 보유 기간과 파기

정보는 이용자가 기기에 두는 동안 유지됩니다. 개발자가 보관하는 사본이 없으므로 개발자 쪽 보유 기간이 없고, 삭제를 요청할 대상도 없습니다.

앱을 삭제하면 그 기기에 저장된 것이 모두 사라집니다 — 학습 기록, 보호자 PIN, 체험 사용일 목록, 구매 기록까지 전부 앱 전용 저장 공간에 있기 때문입니다.

「내 정보 → 전체 초기화」(보호자 PIN 필요)는 선택한 나이, 모든 학습 기록과 복습 일정, 학습 이력 전체, 출제 설정, 몽글이 표시 기록, 표시·언어 선택을 지우고 처음 설치한 상태로 되돌립니다. 다만 세 가지는 의도적으로 남으며, 앱도 확인 화면에서 이를 알립니다.

• 보호자 PIN. 초기화 자체가 이미 PIN 뒤에 있어 함께 지워도 지켜지는 것이 없고, 오히려 초기화 직후 아이가 새 PIN을 걸어 보호자를 잠글 수 있게 됩니다.
• 체험으로 이미 사용한 날. 초기화는 학습 기록을 지우는 기능이지 체험을 되살리는 기능이 아닙니다.
• 이용권 구매 기록. 기록을 정리했다는 이유로 이미 결제한 것을 잃으시면 안 됩니다.

이 셋까지 지우시려면 앱을 삭제하시거나 기기 설정에서 앱 데이터를 삭제해 주십시오. 두 방법 모두 학습 기록도 함께 지웁니다. 앱 안에서의 삭제는 즉시 이루어지며 되돌릴 수 없습니다.

이용자가 직접 내보낸 백업 파일은 초기화나 앱 삭제의 영향을 받지 않습니다. 저장하신 그 자리에 남습니다.

6. 백업 파일

내보내기와 가져오기는 모두 보호자 PIN 뒤에 있고, 기기의 파일 대화상자를 사용합니다. 앱은 지정하신 곳에만 쓰고, 가져올 때는 고르신 파일 하나만 읽습니다. 저장 공간을 훑지 않습니다.

내보낸 파일은 사람이 읽을 수 있는 평문 JSON이며 암호화나 비밀번호 보호가 없습니다. 파일을 연 사람은 학습 이력을 그대로 읽을 수 있으므로, 아이에 관한 다른 문서와 같은 주의로 보관해 주십시오.

파일에는 2항이 설명한 내용의 스냅숏이 담깁니다 — 선택한 나이, 차시별 기록과 복습 일정, 날짜와 시각이 포함된 학습 이력 전체, 출제 설정, 몽글이 표시 기록, 표시·언어 값. 요약이 아니라 전체 기록입니다.

세 가지는 의도적으로 빠집니다. 보호자 PIN은 파일을 만들기 전에 제거됩니다. 구매 기록은 담기지 않아 백업으로 이용권을 다른 기기나 다른 사람에게 옮길 수 없습니다. 체험 사용일 목록도 담기지 않습니다 — 다만 백업을 가져오면 그 안의 학습 날짜가 받는 기기의 체험 사용일로 계산되므로, 가져오기가 체험을 줄일 수는 있어도 늘릴 수는 없습니다.

가져오기는 확인을 거친 뒤 기기의 학습 데이터를 대체하며, 그 기기의 PIN은 그대로 둡니다. 백업 파일 안의 PIN이 설치되는 일은 없습니다.

7. 제3자 제공 및 처리위탁

말랑수학은 이용자의 정보를 제3자에게 제공하거나 판매하지 않고, 처리를 위탁하지 않으며, 국외로 이전하지 않습니다. 앱이 통제하는 어떤 경로로도 정보가 기기를 벗어나지 않으므로 이들 자체가 발생하지 않습니다.

유일한 거래 관계는 결제입니다. 이용권을 구매하실 때 결제는 Google Play가 수행하며, 그 과정에서 Google이 처리하는 정보는 Google의 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다. 이는 이용자와 Google 사이의 일이며, 말랑수학이 이용자의 정보를 Google에 넘기는 것이 아닙니다 — 이름도 연락처도 결제수단도 앱이 가지고 있지 않기 때문입니다.

한편 개발자는 판매자로서 Google Play Console에서 주문 기록을 볼 수 있습니다 — 주문 식별자, 구매 국가, 구매 상태, 환불 내역입니다. 이는 Google이 보유한 판매 기록에서 오는 것이지 앱이 기기에서 수집해 보낸 것이 아니며, 구매하신 기능을 정상적으로 제공하고 지원하는 목적으로만 이용합니다 — 문의하실 때 구매를 확인하고 환불을 처리하기 위해서입니다. 마케팅에 이용하지 않고 다른 정보와 결합하지 않습니다.

8. 아동의 정보

말랑수학은 초등학생의 연산 학습을 위한 앱으로 아동이 주된 이용자에 포함됩니다. Google Play에 아동 포함으로 신고했으며 가족 정책이 적용됩니다. 만 14세 미만 아동도 주된 이용자에 포함되지만, 이 앱은 아동으로부터 개인정보를 일절 수집하지 않으므로 법정대리인의 동의를 받아야 하는 처리가 발생하지 않습니다.

회원가입이 없고 이름·생년월일·연락처를 묻지 않으며, 아동이 앱에서 하는 일은 기기를 벗어나지 않습니다. 개발자는 누가 이 앱을 쓰는지 알 수 없고 알아낼 수단도 없습니다. 수집하는 것이 없으므로 동의를 받을 대상도, 제공될 수 있는 것도 없습니다.

보호자는 아동의 기기에서 직접 확인·수정·삭제할 수 있습니다(9항). 출제 설정, PIN 변경, 내보내기, 가져오기, 전체 초기화는 보호자 PIN 뒤에 있습니다.

보호자 PIN이 보장하는 것과 보장하지 않는 것. PIN 설정은 선택이며 처음 설정 과정에서 강제하지 않습니다. PIN은 누군가 출제 탭을 처음 열 때 만들어집니다. 앱도 그 결과를 분명히 알립니다 — 먼저 만든 사람이 이 잠금을 갖게 된다고 적혀 있습니다. 보호자가 만들기 전까지는 보호 대상 동작이 아예 실행되지 않지만, 아이가 그 화면에 먼저 닿으면 아이가 PIN을 만들어 갖게 됩니다. 보호자께서 일찍 직접 만들어 주십시오.

결제에 관하여 정확히 적습니다. 아이가 학습하는 화면에는 가격도 구매 버튼도 없습니다. 체험이 끝나면 아이에게는 오늘은 여기까지라는 안내와 보호자에게 말씀드리라는 문구만 보입니다. 구매를 완료하려면 보호자 PIN이 필요합니다 — 구매 버튼을 누른 뒤 결제 화면이 뜨기 전에 앱이 PIN을 묻습니다. 한계도 함께 밝힙니다 — 「내 정보」 탭은 의도적으로 열어 두었고(아이도 처리방침과 언어 설정에 닿을 수 있어야 합니다), 그 탭에서 이용권 화면을 열면 가격과 구매 버튼이 함께 보입니다. PIN 없이 할 수 없는 것은 구매 그 자체입니다.

미성년자가 법정대리인의 동의 없이 결제한 경우에는 미성년자 본인 또는 법정대리인이 그 계약을 취소하실 수 있습니다. 앱은 이 고지를 11항의 한국 소비자 고지와 함께 모든 국가의 구매자에게 표시합니다.

9. 권리 행사 방법

정보가 기기 안에만 있으므로 열람·정정·삭제를 앱에서 즉시 직접 하실 수 있습니다. 개발자에게 신청하거나 신원을 증명할 필요가 없습니다.

• 열람 — 「내 정보」에서 선택한 나이를, 「기록」 탭에서 달력과 학습 이력을 확인
• 정정 — 「내 정보 → 프로필 수정」에서 나이 변경
• 사본 — 「내 정보 → 데이터 관리 → 내보내기」로 파일 저장(6항)
• 삭제 — 「내 정보 → 전체 초기화」 또는 앱 삭제(5항)

방침에 관한 문의는 support@lunasoft.kr으로 보내 주십시오. 개발자가 이용자의 기록을 대신 열람·정정·삭제해 드릴 수는 없습니다 — 사본을 가지고 있지 않기 때문입니다 — 다만 앱에서 어디를 보셔야 하는지 안내해 드리겠습니다.

10. 안전성 확보 조치와 광고

• 정보를 앱 전용 저장 공간에 두며, 안드로이드가 이를 다른 앱으로부터 격리합니다.
• 출시 빌드가 인터넷 권한을 갖지 않아 스스로 네트워크 연결을 열 수 없습니다.
• 운영체제의 자동 클라우드 백업에서 제외되어 있습니다.
• 프로필·PIN 변경, 내보내기, 가져오기, 초기화는 보호자 PIN을 통과해야 하며, PIN이 없는 동안에는 아예 실행되지 않습니다.
• 저장 파일은 임시 파일에 쓴 뒤 교체하므로, 쓰는 도중 중단되어도 기존 기록이 손상되지 않습니다.

두 가지 한계를 함께 밝힙니다. 저장 파일은 평문 JSON이며 암호화되어 있지 않고, 보호자 PIN도 평문으로 저장됩니다(2항). 이 앱이 기대는 보호는 «정보가 기기를 벗어나지 않는다»는 것이지 «기기 안에서 암호화되어 있다»는 것이 아닙니다.

말랑수학에는 광고가 없습니다. 광고 네트워크·분석 도구·크래시 리포팅·푸시 알림을 넣지 않았고, 광고 식별자를 읽거나 이용 행태를 추적하는 것도 없습니다. 다만 Google 결제 라이브러리가 자체 텔레메트리 구성요소를 패키지에 함께 들여옵니다. 앱에 인터넷 권한이 없으므로 그 구성요소 역시 아무것도 보낼 수 없습니다.

11. 이용권과 결제

말랑수학은 학습한 날을 기준으로 10일 동안 무료로 사용하실 수 있습니다. 달력상의 10일이 아니라 실제로 학습이 있었던 날의 수이며, 앱을 켜지 않은 날은 세지 않고 같은 날 여러 번 학습해도 하루로 셉니다. 문제 하나를 제출하는 순간 그날이 사용됩니다 — 열째 날도 마찬가지여서, 한도에 닿는 날은 이미 학습을 마친 날이고 잠금은 다음에 새 학습을 시작하려 할 때 적용됩니다. 그 뒤에는 이용권을 한 번 구매하시면 영구히 해제됩니다.

정기 결제가 아닙니다. 자동으로 갱신되거나 다시 청구되는 금액이 없고 해지할 결제도 없습니다.

잠긴 상태에서도 학습 기록과 달력, 내보내기·가져오기, 앱 정보, 이 처리방침, 전체 초기화는 그대로 열려 있으며, 이미 진행 중인 학습은 중단되지 않습니다. 쌓아 온 기록이 잠기는 일은 없습니다.

결제는 전적으로 Google Play가 처리합니다. 개발자는 카드번호·계좌번호 등 결제수단 정보를 받거나 보관하지 않으며, 구매자의 이름과 연락처도 앱에 전달되지 않습니다. 화면에 보이는 가격은 Google Play가 해당 시장에 맞추어 그 시점에 내려 주는 값이며, 앱에는 가격이 적혀 있지 않습니다.

기기에 저장하는 것은 「구매했다」는 사실 한 가지뿐입니다. 주문번호도 영수증도 시각도 쓰지 않으며, 이 기록은 기기 밖으로 나가지 않습니다. 「구매하지 않았다」로는 결코 기록하지 않으므로, 스토어에 닿지 못했다는 이유로 구매하신 분이 잠기는 일은 없습니다.

구매 자체는 Google이 이용자의 Google 계정에 대해 보유하므로 복원할 수 있습니다. 4항에서 밝힌 대로 앱이 시작할 때마다 기기의 Google Play 앱에 확인하므로, 재설치하거나 새 기기에서도 이용권이 저절로 돌아옵니다. 무료 체험은 그렇게 복원되지 않습니다 — 설치에 속하는 것이라 재설치하면 새 체험이 시작됩니다.

청약철회와 환불

환불은 Google Play의 환불 절차를 따릅니다. Play 스토어 앱 → 프로필 → 결제 및 정기 결제 → 예산 및 주문 내역에서 신청하시거나, support@lunasoft.kr으로 문의해 주시면 안내해 드리겠습니다.

대한민국에서 구매하신 경우: 결제와 동시에 이용권이 적용되어 콘텐츠 제공이 시작되므로 그 시점부터 청약철회가 제한됩니다. 제공이 시작되기 전에는 결제일로부터 7일 이내에 청약철회를 요청하실 수 있습니다. 이 문단은 한국 소비자법에 따른 것입니다. 그 밖의 지역에서는 Google이 판매자(merchant of record)로서 Google의 약관이 적용되며, 다만 앱은 이 한국 고지를 모든 국가의 구매자에게 표시하므로 어디에서든 보이실 수 있습니다.

12. 문의처와 개인정보 보호책임자

이 방침이나 앱의 정보 처리에 관한 문의, 열람·정정·삭제에 관한 요청은 아래로 보내 주시면 됩니다. 개인정보 보호책임자가 직접 확인하고 답변드립니다.

문의 메일을 보내 주시면 그 내용과 이메일 주소는 답변을 드리는 목적으로만 사용하며, 그 목적과 요청하신 후속 처리에 필요한 기간을 넘겨 보관하지 않습니다.

13. 권익침해 구제 방법

개인정보에 관한 피해를 구제받고자 하시는 경우, 아래 기관에 분쟁 해결이나 상담을 신청하실 수 있습니다. 이는 개발자와 별개로 운영되는 공적 기관입니다.

대한민국 밖에 계신 경우에는 거주하시는 국가의 개인정보 감독기관이나 소비자 보호기관에 문의하실 수 있습니다. 개발자는 그러한 기관의 절차에 협조합니다.

14. 방침의 변경

이 방침은 관련 법령이나 앱의 기능이 바뀌면 개정될 수 있습니다. 개정할 때마다 새 시행일과 함께 이 페이지에 게시하며, 무엇이 바뀌었는지 알 수 있도록 이전 내용을 개정 사항에 적습니다.

일반적인 개정은 시행 7일 전에 게시합니다. 이용자의 권리에 중대한 영향을 주는 변경 — 수집 항목의 추가, 제공받는 자의 추가, 이용 목적의 변경 — 은 시행 30일 전에 게시하고 앱 업데이트 안내로도 알립니다.
